What I eat
This is my real food plan for November 2026 to January 2027, while I train twice a day and bring my weight from 86 kg to 82 kg. I count carbs so I can match my insulin. Everything is weighed: fish, prawns and tofu raw, rice, pasta, quinoa, couscous and potato cooked. I don't eat meat.
I am not a medical professional
I am not a doctor or a nurse. I am a person who has lived with Type 1 diabetes for many years — since I was five. What you read here is my own story and my own experience. It is not medical advice. Please seek proper advice from your own diabetes team before you change anything about your treatment.
